With expertise in psychological assessment, she has developed and implemented assessment strategies for selection of talent at all levels. Amanda has coached CEOs and their teams to improve their management practices ranging from personnel selection to compensation. She has worked extensively in organizations to define and reward performance in order to align employees with key organizational outcomes. With expertise in training and coaching, she has helped companies develop “in house” tools to sustain and customize talent management programs.
Amanda brings a unique expertise to business consulting as a former owner of a specialty retail business. She understands the challenges of attracting, identifying, and aligning the best talent to meet the demands of the marketplace.
Amanda’s industry experience includes manufacturing, distribution, retail, financial, professional services, and healthcare.
She holds a MA and Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Rice University, and her BA is from Smith College. She has several publications in academic journals. Amanda is a member and past President of Gateway Industrial-Organizational Psychologists. She is a member of the American Psychological Association and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
