As 2017 approaches, companies are reassessing their talent acquisition needs and budgets. In preparation, LinkedIn completed a comprehensive survey of human resource professionals and compiled their findings in their “Global Recruiting Trends 2017” report.
According to their blog, “The report reveals a very nuanced picture of the state of talent acquisition – talent leaders are cognizant of their team’s importance and feel confident that they are helping drive business decisions at the C-level, yet they are struggling with the lack of resources and investing in the most strategic projects.” The bulk of their budgets will end up going to more traditional recruitment methods:
