Enhanced Leadership Alliance Reports

Leadership Alliance is excited to announce a new look and new features for our reports. We recently unveiled our new tagline, The Science Behind Great Talent, along with a fresh look for our brand. We are committed to adding value to your people practices so we have added new features to our reports to help you make the best talent decisions possible.

Key enhancements include:

• A New Format: Your reports now look different to reflect our new brand identity, but all the key information that you have come to rely on is still there. It’s the best of both worlds!
• New Derailers Section: Our narrative-style reports now contain a new Derailers section on the front page to highlight those critical competencies crucial to predicting a candidate’s success. Key Derailers include measures such as defensiveness, impulsiveness, over analysis, and other major red flags that could lead to poor performance.
• Enhanced Report Handling Guidelines: We take security very seriously at Leadership Alliance given the personal and confidential nature of our reports. Our report handling guidelines have been revised to include some additional best practices, and we recommend sharing these with anyone on your team that interacts with the reports. We have also added a new cover page to protect privacy of the data, whether it be on screen or in print.

New Candidate Preparation Resources

At Leadership Alliance, we want your candidates to be able to put their best foot forward and feel comfortable with the assessment process. To help them prepare, we have developed new resources:

• New Assessment FAQ: A new FAQ has been developed to help answer the most common questions about our assessment process. We cover frequently asked topics such as how to get started with the assessments, how to prepare for the assessments, how to schedule an interview, and what an individual should do after they have completed the assessments.
• New Assessment Preparation Video: We have created an informative video to guide individuals through our assessment process and prepare them for success. Have 3 minutes? Be sure to watch the video so you know how to coach people through the program.
