That information then drives the talent selection and development strategies that lead their client’s companies to success.
David has extensive depth and experience in a variety of talent management areas, including talent acquisition assessment, executive coaching and the identification and development of high potentials.. David has facilitated 360-degree feedback with hundreds of executives, helping them gain valuable leadership insights along their journey of personal and professional growth.
Using the Korn-Ferry tool set, he has implemented succession-planning systems aligning talent needs with business strategies. David has also facilitated dynamic team-building sessions that have built cohesion within teams, developed strong working bonds and moved high-functioning teams to the next level.
David holds a B.A. and M.S. in Psychology from the State University of New York at Albany and a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver.
