Jessica brings her own leadership experience, coupled with her talents as a clinical psychologist, to uniquely evaluate cultural fit and develop talent. While working in clinical settings for over 15 years, she focused heavily on assessment, as well as mentoring, to develop talent. Simultaneously, she was also drawn to the world of Industrial/Organizational Psychology and has over 10 years of experience consulting with a vast array of organizations to help clients identify high potentials and develop top talent.
She has consulted in various areas with a focus on psychological assessment, talent acquisition, leadership development, executive coaching, and selection and succession planning.
Her key accomplishments include:
- Serving in various leadership and supervisory roles with a focus on team management, training, and cultural competency
- Implementing successful change for two large programs; developed improved assessment processes to better determine fit, and led the redesign over an extensive interview process to better identify top candidates out of hundreds of applicants each year
- Receiving numerous awards for excellence and service throughout her career
Jessica graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.A. in Psychology from California State University, Stanislaus. She received her M.A. and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from University of Missouri – St. Louis. She is a licensed psychologist in the state of Missouri and a member of APA Division 13: Society of Consulting Psychology.

A Little Trivia About Jessica: Jessica grew up in Okinawa, Japan and developed a love for other cultures and people. She jumps at opportunities to travel in order to further her personal journey, and thus far, has been to over ten other countries.
