Carolyn’s 15 years of organizational consulting experience, coupled with her background in Counseling Psychology, gives her a unique perspective into helping clients develop strong performers. She has consulted across the talent-management spectrum, from 360-degree feedback, executive coaching, and team effectiveness, to the design and delivery of innovative, researched-based leadership development solutions.
As a coach and facilitator, Carolyn works with individuals and teams to leverage strengths and identify core competencies and behaviors needed for success. She is highly skilled in customizing leadership systems that help organizations develop and retain talent through the integration of sound strategy and coaching and learning components that ensure the transfer of knowledge gained into specific, goal-oriented behavior change.

Carolyn holds a B.A. in Psychology and Anthropology from Emory University and a M.A. degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Minnesota. She received her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology with a specialization in Organizational Development from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
