Written Development Report for Employee:

• This employee-facing report is designed to provide the employee with a written description of their strengths, development areas, and leadership style.

Development Coaching Session for Employee:

• A 90-minute session between one of our Ph.D. consultants and your employee will provide them with feedback and insight from their assessment data. The consultant will guide them on how to best leverage their strengths, shore up development needs, and help fine-tune their leadership style.
