For over 10 years, John has focused his work on helping businesses, from small firms to large Fortune 500 companies, hire the right person, the first time. Through using proven, science-based assessment tools, John can guide clients through not only their selection of high-performing talent, but also developing their existing talent to achieve performance goals. He brings a unique perspective to organizational psychology, as he has been a practicing clinical psychologist for over 20 years, giving him a sixth sense for reading the personality of candidates.
He has consulted in various areas, including talent acquisition assessments, executive development coaching, and creating mentoring and onboarding programs and leadership development effectiveness assessments.
He received his M.A. in Psychology from Roosevelt University and his Ph.D. in Psychology from the Illinois Institute of Technology. John is a licensed psychologist in the state of Illinois, which gives him a unique perspective into personalities and critical thinking abilities.

A Little Trivia About John: He’s an “Even In September” Cubs fan. He has sat through snowstorms on opening day, as well as 107 degree days in summer, and way too many heartbreaking losses to remember. But his team, of course, won it all in 2016!
