His consultation experience includes talent acquisition assessments, executive development coaching, creating mentoring and onboarding programs, and leadership development effectiveness assessments.
Peter’s key accomplishments include:
- Consulting at the Center for Creative Leadership on both leadership development and training effectiveness projects which helped clients identify and overcome barriers to growth and change
- Excelling in leadership positions for 10 years which included recruiting, training, promoting, and managing hundreds of staff and volunteers
- Leading a team that created a leadership skills assessment center for the North Carolina State Highway Patrol
Peter holds a B.A. in Psychology and Anthropology from Washington University and an M.S. and Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from North Carolina State University, where his studies focused on workplace bullying and personality.
